I made up a little pattern for a simple cupcake barrette and the first one looked so good, I decided to make a bunch. They are hot-glued onto alligator clip style barrettes that I also had hot-glued blue ribbon onto.
Then for fun, I made a c.c. with minty green "frosting" and put that one onto a headband. :) Bringing all of these with me to the craft show on May 1, but feel free to write if you'd like a custom listing of something similar on Etsy. :)
